Covid-19 Update - We Are Open & Shipping Orders
Given the current Covid-19 heath emergency our priority is the health and wellbeing of our team and customers. As an online retailer Leupp is continuing to operate, and you can still place orders with us. Here are a few reminders when you order:

• For COD orders, please prepare the exact cash amount to be paid to the rider to lessen possible cross contamination of the virus when there is change to be given.
• Always wear a mask when the rider delivers the package.
• Make sure to wash your hands with soap or use alcohol/hand sanitizer after every delivery transaction.

 

Deliveries
Nationwide delivery schedule are as follows:
3-6 days within Metro Manila,
5-8 days for Luzon and
7-9 days for Visayas and Mindanao

Please expect delays of up to 5 working days for some areas as our courier providers are experiencing processing backlogs in certain areas.

Coverage
We are now shipping nationwide again, however inline with the Enhanced Community Quarantine, here's the list of areas that are temporarily not serviceable due to COVID-19:

• ALBAY – Malinao and Tiwi
• ANTIQUE - Entire province is unserviceable
• BUKIDNON - Entire province is unserviceable
• CEBU- Cebu, Minglanilla, Naga, Talisay
• ILOILO- Balasan, Carles, Estancia, Sara, San Joaquin
