BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
This position will be a work from home setup which may include occasional office visit. You will be an integral part of our company's growth by forming business partnerships to reach and exceed personal and team targets.
The chosen candidate will drive sales through research and outbound communication (phone, email, social networks and etc). The ideal candidate will be responsible for cold calling, canvasing and sales lead follow-up.
This is end-to-end client management, working with clients from proposal to order entry to delivery.
Completing own administration task of all sales activities.
Full-time work schedule including some weekends. Overtime during peak season may be required.
Basic WFH Equipment Requirements:
- A work-from-home setup (Laptop/Desktop) w/ 4GB RAM
- Stable internet connection, preferably at least 5Mbps
- Earphones/Headset and a quiet working environment
- 1+ BPO experience in cold calling, inbound/ outbound sales
- Excellent English communication (verbal and writing) skills
- You are resilient - Rejection is something that pushes you to work harder and smarter
- Handle multiple tasks such as customer research, email, order input, etc.
- Computer Knowledge/E-commerce savvy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is a must
What We Offer:
M-F with usual 9 to 5 business work hours.
Base salary in addition to very generous sales commission
Full training will be provided that covers our selling process and knowledge on our product offerings
